Although i provided all parts for my repairs in fixing my toilet waterline he did not replace the old beauty ring which i supplied on my new flooring before connecting waterline it is old and rusty. I should have inquired a bit further in the quote for cleaning drains. Jarrod cleaned my bathroom sink with a snake no parts needed but cost 250.00 I now wonder if i should have had him snaked the kitchen while he was here or if in the future should i budget 250.00 per sink? "Jose is professional and a hard worker. He explained what he needed to do, answering all of my questions. He replaced five old spigots with new frost proof ones. While doing so he found that there was an old broken turn off valve in the crawl space, replaced it and installed two more. He did repairs on two showers, one of which he found had been leaking into the crawl space. He replaced a seal for a toilet. His fee was reasonable and I recommended him to another friend the next day."
