The install was defective - pipes weren't attached and we were heating the crawl space for over a month before my husband identified the problem. "Wow! Janes is a standout company to work with. From scheduling to clean-up, working with Janes was a great experience all around. Tiffany, the Scheduling Manager, went to bat to schedule us for the floor leveling work in our basement around my college daughter's schedule since we had to take our water heater out of commission for a few days. Jeff, the Project Manager, communicated well and often getting us ready for the job and patiently and quickly answered all of my sometimes silly questions as we were prepping for the project. On the day of the job, Jeff arrived hours ahead of the field crew to take measurements and layout the job. The field crew was polite, respectful, patient with my questions and curious gawking while they worked and they laid down a beautiful level floor. They left the job site as clean as they found it. I should note that our job though relatively small for them (about 800 sf) was tricky because we had a very uneven floor that needed to be poured and leveled to some very precise constraints. They nailed it."

"Cleaning the air ducts was done quickly, it is the craw space job that was really hard and challenging, yet David went above and beyond and wasn't scared to go down there and reattach and secure the dryer vent in the crawl space, he came back all covered with lent. He quoted me an initial price for the craw space job and committed to it despite the challenges he faced to get it done. I'd hire David again in the future for his professionalism, honesty and being a man of his word."

"Today we had a horrible experience with Trident Plumbing. Our hot water heater wasn't working and the technician CJ said we needed a $300 Thermocouple or a new hot water heater for $2700. We went with the Thermocouple. He didn't have one on his truck which should have been my first red flag. He returned with it and it didn't work so we proceeded to replace the water heater. Once installed, the new hot water heater didn't work. The problem wasn't the hot water heater AT ALL!! The problem was a gas line problem. So now we have a new hot water heater in the attic, no hot water still, and a perfectly fine hot water heater sitting in our yard. CJ admits he has only been in the field two months and didn't think to check that there was gas. Honestly, I felt sorry for him. Who hasn't messed up early on in their career? The actual problem was the general manager named Daniel. The solution we asked for was to return the original hot water heater to the attic or discount the hot water heater to $2000. He was incredibly unprofessional and refused to make their mistake right. He even went as far to say that if I left a bad review he would "delete it if he could or rebut it if he couldn't". Who says that? So I'm writing a review and I would not use this company. I have now spent $2700 on a new hot water heater that I didn't need and I still have no hot water."
