They were thorough, knowledgeable and open to our suggestions and requests. We wanted an additional can light no problem. They were great. They cleaned up every day before they left. They would tell use when they were going to arrive and what they planned to accomplish that day. I have old siding on the outside of my house. They matched it perfectly when eliminated a window. The price of the cabinets was a lot more reasonable the other bids and theyâ re beautiful. What I mentally pictured in my mind on how it would look and the ease of preparing meals in the new kitchen were so wrong. Itâ s at least 10 times better. They got measurements wrong so we were constantly running back and forth to the store returning and exchanging materials. One of the managers offered to go pick things up for me but then added paint and other things that I didn't know about until they were brought in the next day. So, we ended up paying for the paint, grout, bathroom tile, fixtures, mirror, vanity... After they did the full gut of the bathroom, I was informed that replacing the dry wall in the bathroom except the shower stall would be $10k extra. I hired them to specifically replace the drywall because of a longstanding leak. 45 days later it is done, the walls need sanding, spackling and repainting, the glass shower door looks like a barn door.
