Kitchen - Remodel
Love my total home remodel from 2022 but after I had an issue with my dishwasher that wasn’t detected immediately and hiring my own repairman to find out install was never correct. I was told today that I am on my own. I paid for the correction and only wanted it put back into built in. 30minute job and told they would glue the cabinet only. Soured my experience and I will find someone else to finish.

I really appreciate the fast quote/estimate and the fact they're willing to start right away. They communicated with me and said it start date so I could keep my renters informed. They stuck to the timeline they presented at the time of the estimate, completing the project on time. They sent me pictures throughout the project showing the complete removal and installation of new materials.

They took the time to find matching materials whereas others did not want to bother. The crew was experienced and worked well together. My interaction with them was pleasant and reassuring, even though there was a bit of a language barrier. This was a repair job that I needed to have done this year. However, when it comes time to replace the entire roofing surface, I will definitely call them.

Honest, polite, with a skilled crew. Rafael would often recommend cost effective ways to avoid potentially costly blunders. Other contractors I've worked with in the past are Yesmen or recommend more expensive methods and materials. Pinedo's is straight forward and knowledgeable, definitely my go-to company for complex projects in the future.
