They have estimated product arrival dates that turned out to be weeks late. There have also been installation errors, with windows and doors. I have no doubt they will fix them, but I have STILL not been able to schedule repairs/adjustments after weeks of trying. While the reps are kind, the organization lacks some professionalism in their inability to meet promised deadlines, and in their follow up to make corrections and adjustments to their installations. If you have all the time in the world, and lots of patience to keep after them, you could save a bit of money with this company. If you want the job done right the first time, and ON time, best to go with someone else."

Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. He really cares about doing a great job and is meticulous and makes sure everything is done right instead of trying to rush through it. I woukd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for work done around their home or property. I'll be hiring him to rebuild my deck this spring as well!"
