"We initially contacted Attila Musci at Cascade Window and Glass about replacing the glass in the slider window (both movable and stationary parts) above our kitchen sink in early December 2015. This was being done because we were remodeling our kitchen, i.e. replacing countertops and flooring. Based on our approximate measurements we received a quote and decided to go ahead with the project. While meeting with the tech designer for our kitchen remodel we discovered that once the new countertops were in place we would not be able to remove the kitchen window, so the window repair would need to be done before the countertop installation. This didn't seem to be a problem because we were told that the project probably wouldn't start for several months. When we found out that the project would begin much sooner than expected (to our delight!) , i.e. in the middle of January, we needed to move up the appointment date for Attila to measure the windows. When he came out he discovered that he couldn't remove the windows with the existing faucet in place, so we needed to coordinate the removal of the window glass with the demolition crew removing the old countertops and kitchen fixtures. After many phone calls everything was approved, and the date and time were set for Attila to remove the old window glass, put the new glass in the existing frames, and reinstall the windows -- with a very quick turn-around so as not to delay the demolition crew. Attila was great to work with -- he was willing to change and adapt his schedule as needed to accommodate the timeline for our kitchen remodel. He is very professional and really knows his business. This is the second time that we've worked with him, and will continue to do so as the need arises."

"I am mixed about this company The prices are pretty good, and they see ethical. That counts for a lot. But they are SOOOO slow. They have estimated product arrival dates that turned out to be weeks late. There have also been installation errors, with windows and doors. I have no doubt they will fix them, but I have STILL not been able to schedule repairs/adjustments after weeks of trying. While the reps are kind, the organization lacks some professionalism in their inability to meet promised deadlines, and in their follow up to make corrections and adjustments to their installations. If you have all the time in the world, and lots of patience to keep after them, you could save a bit of money with this company. If you want the job done right the first time, and ON time, best to go with someone else."

"The job went excellent. Shay repaired about 100 lineal feet of fencing that had blown down. He placed new posts in new concrete. Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. "This was just a very mixed experience. The owner was very responsive, very professional and very nice. We agreed on a price and date. The person in charge of the job was also very professional and very nice when we met to discuss details. I also liked both paint crews that worked in my house. However, when the job was over, I called about paint along the edges of my kitchen cabinets and about a spot in my bathroom that was not done well. The person who came to look at it repaired the spot in the bathroom and said that the kitchen cabinets needed to be caulked and then the person in charge of the job called me to say that they don't do caulking. Well, it was not caulking, it was paint on my cabinets. I have now noticed paint on the woodwork in the rest of the kitchen and in the upstairs hallway. I finally talked to the owner who said that they would come out to fix it, but I did not have time to schedule it at that time.There was also a misunderstanding about painting the woodwork in the living room. I assumed that they would and they didn't. That may have been my being new to hiring people to take care of my house, but they were not very nice when I called about it. Although someone did come and do the trim for free, but left some paint on the wood floor. Then there were just things that happen. I didn't check and the refrigerator ended up being unplugged for 3 days. There is a small dent in my bannister. There is a mark on my new kitchen floor from the refrigerator being moved. Generally they were so nice that I really wanted to be able to give a good recommendation. From the other reviews, my experience seems to have been an anomaly.
