"I called Rescue Rooter to come out and clear out a blockage in my sewer line. Chad and Albert came out quickly and got to work. They also put a camera down into the sewer line and had me watch as they went through the line. I saw the various problems in our one hundred year old sewer line. They spent a good deal of time examining the sewer line and also identifying the spot where it becomes a shared line with our neighbor. They presented a number of options of how to repair the deteriorating sewer line along with the different prices for that work. Chad and Albert both explained the different options clearly to my wife and I. They were very friendly and professional."

"Called inferno sewer and drain off of a recommendation from a friend of mine. I was having sewage come up in my basement, they were able to identify roots in the sewer. After cabling the sewer line they restored flow and identified the main problem area. I moved forward with them to dig down and replace the failed section of pipe. "We were in a jam. We are attempting to buy our first home. We had our inspection scheduled and on the morning of, we learned of a potential plumbing issue. If we get the home we will definitely be having this company come back and preform the necessary work that is needed for our new home."

"Pipers contacted us by phone immediately after we submitted a repair request on Labor Day late morning for a clogged sewer line. We set up an appointment for early evening, at which time I mentioned we had intended to celebrate family birthdays that evening. About an hour later Pipers called and said they adjusted their schedule so they could arrive mid-afternoon, which they did. The back-up was cleared and we were so grateful to be able to join our family that evening. Pipers had to remove and reinstall the basement toilet. They cleaned up the area after the work was completed (the bathroom looked better than when they arrived). A great ending to what was a not so great beginning to Labor Day.
