"I called Rescue Rooter to come out and clear out a blockage in my sewer line. Chad and Albert came out quickly and got to work. They also put a camera down into the sewer line and had me watch as they went through the line. I saw the various problems in our one hundred year old sewer line. They spent a good deal of time examining the sewer line and also identifying the spot where it becomes a shared line with our neighbor. They presented a number of options of how to repair the deteriorating sewer line along with the different prices for that work. Chad and Albert both explained the different options clearly to my wife and I. They were very friendly and professional."

His crew had to dig down to 7 1/2 feed in hard clay to find the external pipe, clean out our sewer, establish a "clear out", hydroflush our system and diagnose our problem. "We were in a jam. We are attempting to buy our first home. We had our inspection scheduled and on the morning of, we learned of a potential plumbing issue. There was a report filed with the city stating that a couple of years ago there was some kind of sewer back up. This house is old, so I wanted to make sure we weren't signing up for any potential problems. I called around to local plumbers in the area. NONE of them were able to accommodate our need on this shortened time frame. I got Zach's number from a contractor friend of mine and in a last ditch effort gave him a call. He explained the reasoning behind his recommendations and took time to insure that we understood why he was recommending these services. He also took the time to explain and answer questions about potential upgrades as my partner wants to upgrade the hot water tank. He outlined different product options and explained with great knowledge and detail the differences between the products. I would highly recommend this company. If we get the home we will definitely be having this company come back and preform the necessary work that is needed for our new home."

"They did an excellent job and everything was done on time and with exactness. They work very professionally but they also had fun as they worked. The final price ended up being right on with what the estimated price was. They provided all the materials and they cleaned up when they were finished and didn’t leave a mess behind for us to have to clean up. They listened to us and to what our desires were and then they explained the different options that we had. They were very respectful not only to us but to our property. They showed up on time when they said they would be here and the project was completed when they estimated it would be done. "Our sewer backed up the day before Thanksgiving and David and crew came in the day after Thanksgiving and cleared our sewer and then installed a liner. The whole crew is great, professional very responsive and helpful, they even loaded a generator into a trailer for me. "A long snake was inserted and pushed 120' down to the wastewater line in the street with no clog. At this point they contacted the local wastewater people whose responsibility was the main sewer line. These folks came within a couple of hours were able to clear the main sewer line, and said to thank Corey etal for pushing the stuff in out line down to the main sewer where it was easy for them to clear. Cory and trainee cleaned up after themselves very nicely, charged only a nominal fee for their efforts, and were thoroughly professional in all regards. We highly recommend them."

"Ross and his team were creative and confident in their approach to fix our sewer dilemma. After having 4 other companies try to camera our entire sewer line, Seattle Select was the only company that was able to camera our entire sewer line despite the broken pipe. This allowed us to obtain a more accurate estimate of the entire cost of the job. As it turns out, our sewer pipe was original concrete from the 1920s and it had a linear crack that went the length of the pipe. We replaced the entire pipe with a liner that took approximately 4 hours to cure and then it was "good as new". We also added in a couple of "patches" to the sewer pipe heading back to our house. The patches were costly, but necessary to do unless we wanted to dig another 6 foot deep hole in our backyard. Ross's style was blunt, but honest and he was readily available to answer any questions at all times. He works with his twin brother and I think that they are a great team together."
