There has not been a single failure of Pyroshield of Washington Gentle Roof Care, to perform as claimed since its first use in 1981. After your roof is treated, you will receive a warranty against moss re-growth. For the cleanest roof there is no harsh pressure washing and it will not injure animals, wild or domestic, with no offensive odors. It is biodegradable and environmentally compatible air vs. water for about 95% of the homes we service annually. We use 100 psi of air pressure vs. a pressure washer which puts out 1200 psi to 3000 psi and around 2 to 12 gallons a minute. We offer a number of different types of covers for your specific needs.

The owner did not come to the house to do inspection before work to be done but sent two workers, who had limited English. I expected for the owner or chief to come and see before the work to be done despite the arrangement that it is needed. I will never use them again. I paid for their time and work but customer service is bad, as well.

My gutter partially fell of during a heavy rain storm the night before I was leaving for a trip. This company was able to come out and repair it the next day simply by me talking with them on the phone while I was at the airport. The gentleman (I've now forgotten his name) was extremely helpful and professional. The service was extraordinary. The gutter was reattached and still on (2 months later). I will be using them for any future service and highly recommend them for service and pricing.
