"It was such a pleasure to work with Kyle. It is obvious excellent customer service is one of his top priorities. He was the first to respond to my request; scheduled installation within a week of acceptance; confirmed our appointment prior to the date; and showed up prepared to install! Our two dogs have a tendency to "bolt" so I had concern the out of sight fencing would actually work. Kyle was thorough in providing information on how the system works and spent time training both of the dogs on the day of installation as they needed to become familiar with the boundaries. He also adjusted the product based on their specific personalities. My concerns were justified as the following day...our dogs bolted through the fence. I contacted Kyle and he was once again very professional and informative on the phone. Prior to this Kyle had explained the possibilities of this happening (once, or twice), but he offered to come back and do additional training, and as promised, he did within a few days. We had the system installed on May 1st. Today, May 21st, we have happy healthy dogs staying within their 4 acre boundary due to Dog Guard out of sight fencing. This makes the owners extremely happy to know our dogs are safe, happy and healthy. We recommend Kyle at Dog Guard out of sight fencing, with no doubt,100% satisfaction. "The job went excellent. Shay repaired about 100 lineal feet of fencing that had blown down. He placed new posts in new concrete. Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. He really cares about doing a great job and is meticulous and makes sure everything is done right instead of trying to rush through it. I woukd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for work done around their home or property. I'll be hiring him to rebuild my deck this spring as well!"

"Purchased big deal for 6 hours of service. They were able to get through my entire list inside the allotted time. I believe Andy was the gentleman that performed the work. He was very efficient and stayed out of the way. Did a pretty good job cleaning up. There was some confusion with the manager when the job first kicked off but he might it right by the end of the work. I walked away satisfied and it was money well spent. Would use again if/when small projects are required.
