I was tired of dealing with contractors that would provide a quote with an estimated start date, and then never hear from them again. Vlad is upfront and honest, and will take small and big jobs. Our initial job was to replace some rotting support beams on the house, and after meeting Vlad, we decided to expand the work to replace our whole balcony with higher-end materials (aluminum cable railing/composite decking). We wanted to treat ourselves ?. The balcony looks sleek and modern, so we are now thinking of replacing our old deck in these materials and will call Vlad to do it. Be advised, his team is young, but I think that gives them the drive to work hard and make a name for themselves."
