Kyle was efficient, excellent trainer and very accommodating! Highly recommend.

The installer was upset that the installation took longer than he thought it would and was irritated, so when I asked a question he became rather upset and kept asking me how many installations I had done. I am 90 years old, no one else was home and I have to say I was shaken and could not wait for him to leave. The dogs are doing fine and are secure in their yard so all is well. But the installer needs training on how to answer questions civilly.

Kyle was very nice and professional he explained exactly what would happen. Alex called with the time he would be there and was on time. Gave me more space than I expected . My dog really liked him, she's usually fussy with strangers. He walked her around perimeter and explained how the fence works. Called Kyle a few days later, my dog was getting past the fence. He. Immediately called with the solution. So far, so good. I'm really happy I got the fence. Thx. Guys!!!

It was such a pleasure to work with Kyle. It is obvious excellent customer service is one of his top priorities. He was the first to respond to my request; scheduled installation within a week of acceptance; confirmed our appointment prior to the date; and showed up prepared to install! Our two dogs have a tendency to "bolt" so I had concern the out of sight fencing would actually work. Kyle was thorough in providing information on how the system works and spent time training both of the dogs on the day of installation as they needed to become familiar with the boundaries. He also adjusted the product based on their specific personalities. My concerns were justified as the following day...our dogs bolted through the fence. I contacted Kyle and he was once again very professional and informative on the phone. Prior to this Kyle had explained the possibilities of this happening (once, or twice), but he offered to come back and do additional training, and as promised, he did within a few days. We had the system installed on May 1st. Today, May 21st, we have happy healthy dogs staying within their 4 acre boundary due to Dog Guard out of sight fencing. This makes the owners extremely happy to know our dogs are safe, happy and healthy. We recommend Kyle at Dog Guard out of sight fencing, with no doubt,100% satisfaction. The experience was positive with an amazing job, well done!

Kyle was extremely responsive, very proactive, answered all questions, showed up on a weekend to do the install, followed up to make sure everything is going well. The fencing has thus far worked perfectly. Cost was considerably less than others. I highly recommend Dog Guard.

Dean was very kind and understanding about our puppy who refused to stop barking at him while he was working. He got right to work & made sure we fully understood the system before he was complete. As new dog owners we very much appreciated his input & expertise.

Dean installed the fence for us several months ago and so far we are extremely pleased. The cost of the installation was lower than I expected and lower than competition. He was much less pushy than others we looked into. He seemed to want to figure out the right thing for us and our dog. He came out 4 sets of times.. the initial bid and discussion where we really found him sincere, the installation (took a couple days), the training afterwards (he came on a weekend because that was all our schedule would allow), and he had come in afterwards to make some adjustments we needed. He was super accommodating. Very sincere and service oriented. If you need a dog fence of this sort definitely give Dean a call.
