This included blanket wrapping and plastic wrap of furniture and moving things we were not able to box because of lack of time/odd shapes. All American Spirit MovingThis review is long overdue, but still amazingly warranted. Having had an AWFUL long distance move a little over a year ago, I was incredibly hesitant to hire movers again. I am SO GLAD I chose James and his team. James was so patient with my questions and very communicative when needed. He helped with advice on how to work smarter before his arrival, and his team busted their backs working on my move. I so appreciate everything they did for me, and that I was charged under the quoted price. I can’t guarantee that for your move, but please believe James if he says that he will do everything possible to work as fast as he can. So lucky I found him!- Paul M.

Adam's Moving & Delivery ServiceWe used Adam's moving for our recent move in Seatlle. We were impressed from the beginning when they advised as to how to reserve parking outside of our home wiht National Barricade which was very easy. The day of the move, the three movers (Gabriel, Henry and other other person whose name I forget) were on time, courteous and professional. It was heavily raining the day of our move which they handled like pros. They also helped us transport some breakable items and very heavy items which was extremely helpful. They kept us informed throughout the process and their covid protocols made us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them.- Amy J.

J&C Professional MoversConstantino was awesome, he was able to schedule my move only a week out, and quoted us a really fair rate. Our movers, Javier and Christiano, were both very nice, and worked quickly and efficiently. They treated our things with care, and were easy to work with. I couldn't ask for more from movers. Going above and beyond, I miscalculated the number of hours they had worked, and overpaid them by one hour; and when Constantino called to check on how the move had gone, he was kind enough to refund the extra hour I had overpaid them. ONE NATION MOVING & STORAGEMitchell and Caesar were so amazing, My move was so scattered I wasn’t fully packed I downsized from a 4bd with a den to a 2bed tiny apartment. From the time of arrival to the time I signed and paid it was 3 3/4hrs and less than 500.00 and I didn’t lift a thing. They even packed a few odds and ends for me. So kind and courteous. They offered to put my furniture back together and even moved furniture around after I changed my mind. Do yourself a favor, don’t think twice about it. Just call them. I couldn’t have rented a truck and done this much in this amount of time for as little money and stress.- Mishel W.

Not as well as I had hoped. I used this company approximately three years ago and they were excellent. This time, I had difficulty getting a definite date and time for the move. Although I was told that they would call Friday before the scheduled move on Monday, no call came. Nor did the company answer my husband's calls to them on Friday. Finally on Saturday, I sent an email that indicated that I would assume that they were declining the job if I did not hear from them that day. They did respond to the email with a start time on Monday. On Monday, the movers arrived on time. I gave them a printed document which described the items to be moved and the locations in which they were to be placed. Still, one item was not moved (we moved it later ourselves) and one item was left on the truck. Some small items (buttons for glass topped tables were missing).

The worst moving experience of my life! On the Go put a MASSIVE GASH in the wall of my brand new home, damaged a $10K table, and took no absolutely no responsibility. I hired On the Go to move a few large items that I wouldn't be able to handle myself, namely a heavy wood table and an upright piano. When I booked the appointment, On the Go assured me that they had experience moving pianos and I agreed to a $125 moving fee. On the day of the move, I knew something was wrong as soon as the crew got to work. It took 3 men 30 minute minutes to move the piano 10 feet. At that point, the foreman informed me that, in fact, the crew that he had chosen for the move had no experience moving pianos (clearly they were trying to cut corners in order to maximize their upside). The foreman told me they were going to bring a new crew and offered to comp me for what he promised would be a 30-minute transition. In fact, it took about an hour for the new crew to arrive. From what I could see, the new crew was just as much of a disaster as the first. The didn't measure the piano before they moved it, so a job that had taken A1 Piano Movers 15 minutes took them 90 minutes. As they dragged the piano out of the apartment, they damaged a tile in our old apartment, which our old landlords are charging us 100 dollars to replace. Here's the kicker: When they brought the piano into the living room, they lost control of it and allowed it to fall creating a MASSIVE GASH in our brand new wall. They did a horrendous job of patching it up and offered to match the paint and repair it. They never followed through on that. At that point, I realized that they had put about a dozen scratches in our 10K dollar dining room table because they had neglected to wrap it before they set it down in their moving van. For this, they handed me a bill of $850. I called the company and told them that I wouldn't pay this bill until I could speak with the owner. I couldn't imagine that anyone would ask to be paid for such poor service. I was wrong. A week later after hearing nothing from the owner, I received a call from a collection agency. Thanks to On The GO, I have a damaged table, a hole in my wall, a bill for 100 dollars from my old management company, and a bill for $850.
