Coming from many different backgrounds, the small but innovative team of management came together to form a moving company with nothing but the clients needs in mind. This company has proved to be not only backed by knowledge and experience, but heart as well. On the Go Moving strives to be as efficient as possible without compromising the quality service that you deserve and expect. The key to any move is good planning. Our trained professional movers are more than capable of performing all the packing and moving of your belongings. Basic Moving Plan at $170 per hour – Includes two movers and one truck. Three Man Moving Plan at $245 per hour – Includes three movers and one truck. Four Man Moving Plan at $285 per hour – Includes four movers and a truck. All of these services are priced according to the number of movers. Each additional mover adds another $55 dollars per hour to the overall charge and each is based on the use of one truck. Please read the following before you decide to hire this company. I recently hired On The Go Moving & Storage for my apartment move within Bellevue, WA, and unfortunately had a terrible experience. The movers were extremely careless with fragile items--both of my high-end computer monitors were dropped and badly damaged due to clear negligence. To make matters worse, rather than genuinely helping resolve the issue, their customer service turned out to be shockingly rude and dismissive. Initially, the supervisor assured me they'd replace the monitors, but once payment was requested, their attitude completely shifted. The company insisted on full payment upfront without any guarantee of proper compensation. Communication quickly deteriorated into threats rather than cooperation; they repeatedly mentioned collections and legal action instead of working toward a fair solution. The claims process felt deliberately misleading, offering just $75 for damages worth over $850. The entire ordeal showed that On The Go Moving & Storage lacks accountability, professionalism, and basic customer empathy. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

His workers dont too much know what they're doing and most workers and drivers are usually high on the job the manager and jason included dont believe me ua their whole team youll see or youll smell weed or out of no where after a break cologne. Jason keeps workers tips until they ask where its at. Jason calls ahead for any furniture or valuables being given away so he can sell on offer up through his page and his lead carlos page no other workers get these beneifits at this company. This company is currently under investigation for such allegations by the utc and l&i. If you see any such allegations report the same. How do i know all this? They moved my brother and he noticed some of this especially the weed and im a former employee. If u want to work here jason will start u below minimum wage seattle 15 and dont expect too many tips and expext irratic hours and plz note the manager marvin picks all the jobs when he thinks theres a tip and the rest of the good jobs go to carlos u will be on office moves and stairs and hard to move customers.
