"It took a week to get the house prepped, the popcorn removed, and the ceiling painted. The process was pretty much as described. There were a few communication things that were easily fixed - they always called back quickly if there was a question and they'd already gone for the day. It's a dusty process that took a week, but that's exactly what they said it would be. They said we'd want to touch up the wall paint at the ceiling (as our ceiling now appears a fraction of an inch higher than it used to), and we did need to do that (and they guy they recommended did a great, inexpensive job). Everything went as planned and they did a great job."
