Select Build LLCWe chose Select build for the remodel and addition to our house. From the very beginning Shawn and Shannon were very helpful. They communicated every step of the way, gave multiple options when obstacles came up and were thoughtful of our budget. If we had questions they answered them quickly. They were able to coordinate well with subcontractors and city inspectors to get things done quickly and efficiently. The work they did was great. We love our new kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, floors and paint. Everything looks perfect! Tall Pines ConstructionWe hired Tall Pines to remodel our main floor (kitchen/dining/living room) and master bath. Tall Pines removed a fireplace and two walls and installed a large support beam - turning three separate rooms into a great room. They installed cabinets, flooring, tile etc. in our kitchen and master bath. Both our kitchen/great room and master bath turned out better than we could have ever imagined - thanks to the advice from Tim, Brian and Kevin along the way. The contractors were very skilled/experienced, on time, reliable, friendly and accommodating to our family of 5 being here during construction, especially to our 4 year old who loves tools and construction. All of the subs Tall Pines uses are also fantastic - electricians, plumber, drywall/painters, countertops, and glass shower doors. We will definitely use Tall Pines again for and future remodeling projects.- Monica B.

I had a notice from HOA complaining about the new color of my house. They gave me a competitive quote and repainted the whole house in the weekend after the quote. They knew that I just had the house painted and that would be an extra cost for me, so their bid was competitive and better than the bid I got from the original painter I had hired previously. The paint job was not only fast but with attention to details. Patrick also did a walk through, identifying minor touch ups to be done in the end. I recommend their service.

Daniel is great. Not only was he really polite, he answered all our questions and was honest about why it is a good or not good idea to do something such as paint our concrete. The house looks amazing—he went above my expectations even though everyone said he was great. He and his assistant picked up paint chips, cleaned up after themselves and were always on time or messaged if there was a delay in showing up. I will be letting everyone know about him. Plus he was very respectful towards me and my partner as we are *****, this is a big bonus in our book.

I originally wrote a review with an A rating on 10/14/2020. An electric fireplace was removed and entry tile was installed. I was happy with the work. However, a very small repair to the entry tile was needed so I contacted Luis. He replied that he would come ‘next week Friday’. That day was Christmas so I asked for clarification. Several times! It is now into the new year and no communication. I also stated I could not support a good review due to poor communication. And I still haven’t heard from him. 😒. My last contact was 12/16/2020.

Mo and team just finished a job for us today. It was a full repaint on the south side of our 90 year old home, Touch up work in others areas where boards had been replaced after a roofing job and they stained our fence. The price was very reasonable and everything looks fantastic. The job was even one day shorter than anticipated. Everyone on the crew was lovely and everything was tidied up great at the end of the job. We would definitely hire them again.
