Poorly on customer assistance in that they refused to help me with a warranty claim with the manufacturer (Bradford White has assumed responsibility for warranty work on GE Thermal Spring hot water heaters)) that would have paid for most of the cost of replacing the old water heater because they had not installed it. They are a Bradford White dealer and we purchased the new Bradford White water heater from them."
