He explained what the problems were with the original installation and then cleaned the tile and replaced the grout. He also installed shower bars which will help us from falling in the shower. He re-tiled our bathroom. We bought the tiles and matching grout. He had the morter and spacers- which were factored into his cost. We had a few hiccups with things not fitting right , Serge was very patient, gave us options, and worked to solve the issue. I would definitely hire him for more jobs."

"Empire floors did the best project out of several we hired th S summer. Good communication between salesman, office, installers, and customer. They did what they promised, on schedule, for a fair price. Quality of materials is very good. Workmanship varies. Wood floors by Manuel are very nice - all completed in one day, a very nice surprise. Molding should have been angled at joints, but otherwise good. Tile floor in bathroom was a bit sloppy (by a different installer)."
