"Excellent work. Shower floor grouting was failing. After assessing the flooring underneath the tile, we decided to replace the tile. Ruslanâ s work was exceptional, the price was very reasonable, and the project was completed with little disruption. All aspects were explained as the project progressed. The clean-up was complete. In fact, Ruslan applied calling beyond the scope of this project. I unequivocally recommend Euro Design Stone!"

"Yes, the job was well done and on time. We had a problem with the tile and grout in our walk-in shower. He explained what the problems were with the original installation and then cleaned the tile and replaced the grout. He also installed shower bars which will help us from falling in the shower. We highly recommend this gentleman."

"Acacio was fantastic to work with. Was always available for my questions. Acacio asked a lot of questions to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. Mana Tile did a beautiful job on the tile in my bathroom. Nadabi was an excellent tile installer and did great work. I would definitely hire Mana Tile Services again."

"VNV (Jonathan) was easy to work with and able to accommodate a tight time frame on my end, which was great. Vasiliy installed the new tile floor for me as well as performing some tile/grout repair in a 2nd bath and did a great job. He was dependable/prompt, courteous and flexible. I'm happy to recommend VNV/Vasiliy to others for their tiling jobs."

"We very much enjoyed working with Eric and are very happy with our remodeled home. Eric is a good communicator and did a great job of keeping us informed of the status of the project. He has a high attention to detail and made every effort to ensure that we were satisfied with the work. The subs that Eric used are also top notch and were attentive to our needs. Ceramic Tile questions, answered by experts

Tiles last for around 100 years or more. Tiles on backsplashes can last even longer since they’re less likely to crack under foot traffic or from accidental drops, but even tile in high-traffic flooring can last a century or more with proper installation and upkeep. Porcelain tiles are denser and stronger than standard ceramic tiles, so they’ll last longer, often pushing past the 100-year mark.

Many homeowners have successfully retiled a bathroom themselves. It can be a challenging but rewarding process, but it’s best for someone who already has at least intermediate DIY skills.

Glass, ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone are all excellent choices for tiling a shower floor. Some glazed finishes can be slippery when wet. Your tiling contractor can provide more information on which tiles will work best for your shower floor.

Professional installation ensures a uniform, durable surface, and proper sealing, and guarantees workmanship quality, preventing future issues linked to water damage or instability.

To ensure an even and unbending surface to lay tiles on, you’ll typically need to put a subfloor under a tile floor. Fiber cement backboards are the most common choice, but using plywood is also possible. Don’t neglect this step, or you could risk water damage and grout or tiles prematurely cracking or crumbling, especially in an area with high foot traffic.
