We have a very steeply pitched metal roof on a two-story home with skylights and a turret. We hired M&H to remove many years of mold off our roof, clear and clean all the rain gutters and reseal our skylights. They responded very quickly to my bid request, and within the same day performed a physical onsite roof inspection, rather than just generating an estimate based on a Google Earth photo like so many of their competitors. We are seniors on a fixed income and this is a major expense for us. We solicited quotes from several reputable and highly rated roof cleaning companies. M&H provided us with an extremely competitive bid. Avi committed to a firm, fixed price upfront. We have nearly 20 years of experience working with Gas fireplaces, and we carry the right parts and tools with us to get the job done right. We have flat rate pricing for service calls which include all labor needed to clean, inspect, and repair your fireplace, as well as a 90-day warranty. If your fireplace is single-sided the service charge is $299 plus sales tax, and if it's see-through or multi-sided the charge is $349 plus sales tax. If you have multiple fireplaces in your home, additional fireplaces are only $199 each. "Timberline Review We had an amazing experience working with Timberline Patios. They designed a 500sqft addition to our already existing covered patio and it is simply amazing. We first met with Skylar who was extremely knowledgeable about the design process as well as offering his take on different styles and what would work for our area. We are still working with him on completing the outdoor kitchen to go with our new patio! After the deigns were submitted to the city, we met with Mario who came to our house almost weekly to walk the project and ensure it was up to our standards, which it always was! Something I really appreciated about Mario was his opinion regarding the concrete pad which Timberline doesn’t do. He referred us to Casey who did an awesome job with our stamped concrete. They then worked together to make sure the concrete and patio were both up to our standards. Jake and Eli were the primary builders for our project with Kyle coming in for the last week or so. I could not recommend Jake and Eli more. They worked so fast and hard to get this project done before our newborn arrived while still maintaining their high standards. They were very communicative about their progress. I really appreciated how clean they were too, especially with a toddler that liked to wander the construction area. Kyle was great when he came in to finish the post wraps and trim work. His attention to detail was suburb. I would recommend Timberline to anyone looking to build or expand an outdoor living area. They are top notch and I can’t wait to continue to work with them through our kitchen design and build!"
