We have two full time employees and four part time people. We utilize subcontractors for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and new exterior envelope construction (we self perform repair of exterior envelope: siding, roofing, windows, et al). Payment for Handyman repair is due upon completion of work. Renovation work is on 2 week billing cycle and new construction on monthly cycle - on approved ability to pay. Payment is by check, cash or bank wire transfer. Discounts available for Rental Association members.
