About us
We have two full time employees and four part time people. We utilize subcontractors for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and new exterior envelope construction (we self perform repair of exterior envelope: siding, roofing, windows, et al). Payment for Handyman repair is due upon completion of work. Renovation work is on 2 week billing cycle and new construction on monthly cycle - on approved ability to pay. Payment is by check, cash or bank wire transfer. Discounts available for Rental Association members.

Services we offer
We know how to build buildings and fix existing buildings and their ancillary structures. We perform renovation work on residential and commercial buildings. We will build decks, remodel bathrooms and kitchens, build additions, perform commercial Tenant Improvements, renovate apartment units (one or a who complex). Handyman services are limited to the area around Centralia; however, I do travel to Spokane regularly and often can schedule small repairs along the way.

Vinyl siding homes, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpet, vinyl flooring, appliance repair, painting houses, septic repair, paving, swimming pools, masonry, cleaning chimneys, window treatments and well service.
