We are so happy with the garage remodel that Erik and team provided for us on our house! As an architect, I really appreciated their care and attention to detail. Erik has superb communication and the team is very respectful and polite.

Erik and his dad were very professional. We had a leak from the shower going into the garage in our rental property. Very possible from old pipes and the shower pan. We discussed options and what can be done to fix with tearing out the shower. He replaced the old pipes, resealed the shower flooring and put in supports under the shower flooring, accessing it from the garage. He sent me updates through out the work projects including pictures. We were very happy with the work he completed and thankful for the option on the fix. We hired Erik and his team to tear out and replace the seal between our brick porch and stucco walls. Because of all the water that leaked below damaging the wood framing he replaced all that wood as well. This is a really common problem in these old San Francisco homes and if youâ re looking to hire someone to do it I would highly, highly recommend Erik. First of all heâ s licensed and insured. He is also reliable, knowledgeable, he does quality work and heâ s a super nice guy.

The project exceeded our expectations. They maintained punctuality, completed it ahead of schedule, and were flexible in rescheduling the final walkthrough to accommodate our needs. The final result was outstanding.
