She was willing to provide model number information as well. I had two other quotes that insisted on coming to the house and bartering, wanting to close on the spot, I chose Garage Tech even though they were the a bit more expensive. James was our installer, pointed out additional items that needed work, and provided fair pricing to do them. Not pushy at all. Work was done cleanly and professionally and we are loving our new openers. So quiet!!"

I made an appointment to meet with Junio Dias to assess the problem. Junio was punctual and professional. He assessed the leak problem and was honest in his quotation. He was not the lowest bid, but his honesty and knowledge impressed me. His work was thorough and backed by a guarantee. Later that year we called him again to replace the skylight, and then again to assess the condition of the roof of our primary residence. I expect a full re-roof is needed soon and we will call Ferdi Construction to do the work. We highly recommend Ferdi Construction!!"
