"First off all great equipment and great service. We are now 3 years since the installation and the system works flawlessly. Once you have Omar's systems you will never go back to corded vacuum cleaners. The ease of usage, the elimination of carrying a corded device , the fact that the sucked in air does not blow out of the other side of corded cleaner (it all goes to the central can which is remote from the living areas) and last but not least having a vacuum cleaner with more than double the strength of a corded clear makes the work so much more efficient. To compliment all the advantages Omar's service is outstanding. Although no repairs were needed in the 3 years to date, whenever we need anything the response was very quick, polite and efficient. "I got few leaks in the roof that was an issue for us during the winter, the company I called to repair asked me For almost twenty thousand dollars just for A repair so I decided to get more bids, palm construction representative check our roof from above and from the attic, I understand that our old wood tiles roof are originally installed straight on the beams with no plywood! I decided to go with a professional job and I did a good decision! I m happy with our new roof!"

"Through Angie's List, I was pleased to discover Comfort Pro's was having a three day special so I called and was able to get service within hours!  The tech arrived on time - actually 15 minutes earlier which worked out great for me.  He showed up in a clean company rig and presented himself well in his clean company uniform (yes, outward appearance is important to me; shows pride and commitment toward quality work).  He asked questions regarding the usage of the units and from there I was able to communicate my concerns or rather my confession that my A/C had not been serviced in years!  He did a great job of explaining how the units work and what to do to keep it running efficiently (regular scheduled maintenance, cover A/C unit in winter, etc.).  By the time he completed the work, his uniform carried much of the furnance and a/c units dust and dirt:-)  He was thorough and professional.  I'll be scheduling my next service with Comfort Pro's for sure=D
