Original 70s bathroom needed to be redone. Geiser came out the quote was very clear, communication was great. Estimate time to do the work was 2 weeks, a few Issues encountered when the original Bathtub was removed. Project was finished 3 days early. The add on for the unknown items was very fair. From start to finish no issues. Site was left clean. A breath of fresh air to Deal with Geiser and his company.

Geezer was polite at first but we felt pressured and should have taken more time to reread agreement--Kruse sat impatiently at our kitchen table waiting for us to sign contract; it states he can add on any amount after his estimate. We had assumed he was honest and would include in the contract soft closing kitchen drawers he had agreed to do, and a recessed kitchen sink not the cheaper lip style sink. Then the project went on for extended period, cupboard handles put in crooked, splinters inside kitchen drawers, hed charged $200.00 to paint small cupboard surfaces, twice, under the sink, very poor carpentry. Cheap materials...Besides not honoring his word Geezer on this Project from Hell over charged a vunerable senior woman thousands of dollars. We are seniors and have never had to make a complaint on a tradesmen before now So we contacted the WA State ATTY General Office and the staff contacted Geezer for mediation but he refused to reimburse us for poor work and materials verbally agreed on!. WORST home improvement, ever, more like rip off deprovement! Buyer Beware -dont let Kruse cheat YOU!

Geezer is an excellent contractor and a kind and knowledgeable gentleman. He also finished up where others didnâ t complete their work or could not do it in a timely fashion to get it done so Geezer did it. I am very happy I selected his company. My bathroom looks and functions beautifully.

Our contractor, Geezer, added an ADA bathroom to our retail space. He was reliable, efficient and respectful of our tenants business in regard to noise and ,keeping area clean. He was helpful on selection of sinks, toilets, etc. He also helped with permits and permit sign offs

Pleasant experience getting additional kitchen cabinets to match existing ones. Job was completed quickly and owner even â  tuned upâ  my old cabinets & did some tile work to make it look perfect. I would use them again.

I have used Olympic Kitchen and Bath several times now, from a full kitchen remodel, bath remodels to bathroom repair following a leak. He has also done some finish work on our deck for us that another contractor failed to complete. This company is responsive and does excellent work from my conception to his completion I am so pleased that I can't say enough about the quality. He is also very aware and respectful of keeping the space as tidy as is possible with major demolition and he cleans up afterwards. I highly recommend using Olympic Kitchen and Bath for your remodel needs.

My husband and I hired Geezer to do a bathroom remodel. The end result is a beautiful, high end, quality master bathroom which we love. Geezer is friendly and trustworthy to be in our home with his crew while away at work. He kept our adjoining bedroom as free from dust and debris as much possible and even dusted the furniture. He kept to his timeline. He offered suggestions and options to help with our decision-making process. One of the best decisions we made was to go ahead with a heated tile floor. We needed a heat source and though this was a more expensive option, itâ s been wonderful. His tile setter did a great job. We have only one caveat to share with any prospective clients. And that is to be sure to have Geezer provide you with an estimate of the cost of the materials that you are supposed to supply BEFORE you sign on the dotted line. We had the original estimate for the project. He told there would be some incidental supplies (electrical/plumbing, etc.) that we would need to supply in addition to the estimated project. We assumed these would amount to a few hundred dollars. These supplies turned into approximately $2000. So be sure to get a list with approximated cost of supplies so there are no surprises after youâ ve signed the contract.

Geezer is not only exceptionally well organized and professional. He does absolutely quality work. He renovated our kitchen. Itâ s so beautiful and we love it. I would highly recommend Geezer to all of my friends and family. Not only is his work top o the line, but heâ s so pleasant to be around. Heâ s very accommodating.

I hired Geezer to redo a bathroom, the work started out good, after the initial problems were discovered, insufficient caulking, leaky pipe, excess caulking flipped into the tub and 2 small dents found in edge of tub, I hired a different plumber to come out and repair the work that Geezer caused, his carpentry skills are ok but Geezer needs to stay away from plumbing, Geezer talks a good game but his follow thru work is less unacceptable

Got a new countertop , sink, and shower grab bar, well within my limited budget. He also hung a rain chain for me. I have recommended Olympic to others.

I am a retired construction superintendent we hired Olympic to remodel our bathroom and install a new kitchen floor. The project was time sensitive. We hope to be completed in eight days. Prior to construction Olympic was pro active in selecting and procuring materials. On day one they moved him and on day eight they moved out project completed. I was impressed with the timeliness and equally impressed with the quality of work. It was obvious to me from the very beginning that Geezer takes great pride in his work. On time Good communication

Still unresolved issues. My new toilet was hooked up to the hot water line. Geezer and helper denied doing it. What! Why didn't they check to be sure they had the right line. I had to hire a different plumber to run a cold water line to my toilet and paid $215.65. Why couldn't Geezer change it to the cold water line? Also, they installed a damaged toilet. The toilet leaked due to a chip and two cracks down the back of tank. Again Geezer refused to install a my new toilet or he would charge me again. He should have checked to be sure toilet was o.k. before installing it. He blamed the hot water for chipping and cracking the back of tank. What! Oh, the new receptical he installed does not work. Just discovered that. He laid my cut glass mirror face down on my new vanity top scratching it in two places. His helper tried to buff them out, but only made it worse. I told Geezer to order me a new one at his cost as that is not acceptable. He did do so. There are still other pending issues with the flooring (laminate) he installed. He refused to correct the laminate rubbing against the tub making a horrible squeaking noise and breaking the caulking seal. NO, I'll not have Geezer back to do anything for me nor will I recommend him. What a nightmare. Those who gave him 5 star rating were very lucky. I'll be spending more money to correct the present conditions. Oh, I'm a single senior citizen (almost 80). Just lost my husband end of May, but I don't have to put up with this kind of work.

We had a very modest budget to remodel our bathroom including a much needed walk-in shower. Olympic Kitchen and Bath did an awesome job! They were very professional in every aspect. The workmanship was top notch and the job was completed in a timely manner. We would highly recommend them!

Geezer's work exceeded our expectations. He brought our vision of our kitchen remodel to a complete reality. In fact it even ended up looking better than we ever could have imagined. He was professional, respectful, showed up on time, did exactly what he said he would do. We would not hesitate at all to recommend him 100% if you want your remodel done right.
