Jeff came out and looked at what we wanted done. Two days later he sent us a bid and it seemed a fair price to build a covered walkway. We told him that we would like to hire him to do the job and he was to start the job this week. Things went down hill from there.

When I sent out her bid I informed her again that I was in the middle of a drywall job and would be about two weeks out.
