It all went much better than I expected for such a big project. The design and change-order process was straight forward, communication was excellent, the crew was always hard at work and were unfailingly friendly, despite some horrible weather. We love our back yard and patio/deck, and are looking forward to summer.

In Harmony has been great. We've been doing the regular lawn service (removal of weeds in lawn, fertilizing) for about a year, and then this year we had them do a more intense aeration, reseeding, and topdressing of our lawn. First, I love that we're not using a bunch of chemicals and are making our yard beautiful in a more natural way. Second, our lawn is looking absolutely beautiful. Third, In Harmony's been great to work with. They're easy to get in touch with and ask questions and they communicate ahead of time each month when they come. We'll continue to use them and I'd recommend them to anyone interested in taking care of their lawn in a more sustainable way. Yes, they're pricier than someone who is going to come and dump a lot of chemicals on your yard, but they've been worth that extra cost!

Really excellent local company and crew. They provide us with regular yard maintenance as well as yearly pruning. The crew always show up on time, are friendly and professional and do a great job. Love that they use chemical-free lawn and tree treatments and our yard looks great. Have used the service for several years and will continue to do so as well as recommend them.

It was good. It was a little more expensive than I had thought. The work they did was ok. They could improve on pricing. They changed stuff based on our first discussion compared to what we had discussed earlier and that was probably because they didn't anticipate how the work would go.

Well you always over pay for this stuff. Well we get an Angie's discount, that helped a little bit. It's a standard price for most places so I'll say an A. They use organic stuff only so I'll say an A. As long as I can afford it. Well, they don't use pesticides, they have an all organic approach to lawn care, so that's the biggest issue that we prefer, no pesticides, no spermicides and all that stuff. Well I'll be honest with you, I never see them. You know they are here for 5,10 minutes. They usually call before they come. I suppose its A. I just have it set up with them. A lot of the times we're not even here.

They are good. Everything is great.

Very satisfied. The grass grew almost to well!!

They leave information on what they did, how much they applied and how it helps/works.

They have an arborist on staff who has come and made recommendations and he is very good.

They are very attentive. They do a regular spring service. They debit my credit card so I never have to send them anything. The price is good. 

They're attentive to using safe products, environmentally sensitive products. They have on staff people who evaluate the tree to see if there are any needs that the homeowner hasn't thought of themselves.

I am not usually observant to the time it takes, but I have a large property so it sometimes takes them an hour or more. 

Work was done quickly and Ina timely fashion. Workers were polite and made sure there was minimal disruption to the neighborhood.

Went very well - lawn hasn't looked this good in a long time, 12 months now.

From the very beginning we were notified of all work to be done. Meetings with everyone involved in the process were very professional. Impressed with the landscape designer, how she listened and incorporated plants, pavers, wood we already had into the new design which helped lower the cost. Installers were punctual and cleaned up after themselves. The project was completed within the planned timeline. We are so pleased to have a "new backyard".

In Harmony has made several visits, aerating, topdressing and reseeding, organically fertilizing and weeding.  In what has been HOT weather, our lawn looks excellent.  We have kept it watered, using a minimum of water.  In Harmony has been excellent to work with and we will probably hire them to do pruning as well.  Work throughout the year includes aeration at $70; 7 visits at $ 57 and topdressing once at $400.   Approximate cost of service listed above was the price of today's visit.

Jason is an expert pruner - all the plants he worked on looked absolutely beautiful he was finished.  (Most of the plants had either been lightly pruned or not at all in 20 years.)  He was amazingly fast yet precise, and was also very knowledgeable and friendly.  I appreciated him pointing out a rhododendron that I was pruning that had lace bugs on it that I didn't even notice.  I would definitely hire In Harmony again for future work.
