We work for customer satisfaction and are detailed orientated. We do free estimates. When a homeowner signs a contract we generally ask for 50% down for materials and other expenses for the job. The other 50% is collected at the end of the job when we have the homeowners satisfaction of the job we performed.

This is a construction business. I can sub-contract cabinetry, electrical, and HVC. Material costs up front payments are due based on length of job. Longer jobs will owe payments as the work is completed shorter jobs will require payment upon completion of the work. We accept cash or checks.
