Excellent. Pat Faraca came to my condo within 30 min. and diagnosed what I thought was a thermostat problem as a simple frozen line from the AC unit. Showed me how to fix the problem - thawing the line, rather than trying to upsell the problem, he was straight forward, honest and in addition found a drain line needing repair which he handled easily and at very little cost. This issue was from the original construction and would have caused a much larger problem if he had not noticed and repaired this. Highly recommended service professional.

We have had Pat provide services for us in the past for the central heating system (on one occasion a master control circuit board and on another occasion a motor for our heat pump) and for another gas fireplace (general servicing to address a soot-creation problem) and he's always been an excellent service provider in every sense of the word. Today he checked various electrical connections and cleaned some deposits from a heat sensor (and also did a nice job of cleaning the glass on the fireplace) and that appears to have resolved the problem of the flame popping on and off somewhat randomly. Based on all our experiences Pat is very knowledgeable about the HVAC world, is very thoughtful about how to approach fixing a problem, is cost conscious, and gets good results. We recommend Pat without any reservations or qualifications whatsoever.

Overall very good experience.  I was given options and prices for the repairs before the work started.  I would not hesitate use this company again if needed.

Our central air conditioner wasn't working, period. Pat came out, on time, made an investigation, and pleasantly informed us that it was a trivial electrical problem which he fixed. He then proceeded, with our permission, to inspect a few other things (without increasing the end bill) just to see that all was well, which it was. So, this was the consumer trifecta - on-time, good quality (and honest) service, and an excellent price.

We contacted the property management company that had managed the house when it was a rental and they sent Building Comfort to us the same day we contacted them. The service was quick and good.  We will use the company when it is time to service the heating system this winter.
