Horrible Customer Experience!!! Angi's doesn't allow enough characters to write a thorough review of this vendor so I will summarize. The customer service experience was atrocious. They don't record their calls for customer experience verification and/or training so it's your word versus the reps after they hang up on you and why. They take your money and don't resolve the issue. The customer service manager (who answers the phone without stating her name) says she will talk to the dispatch manager about scheduling you in for a follow up. You get a notification from your bank about a refund before that same customer service manager calls you back to let you know they are refunding the money and not helping you out. Even if they had the best techs in the world (which they don't), who wants to be treated like that, especially when you're paying them.?.? Be wary of the customer experience with this company.

R & R heating is a great company to do business with. Very professional and knowledgeable on AC systems. They get back to to right away if you have any concerning questions. Our installation went very well with no problems. This company has integrity and has a product they sell that we can rely on for many years to come. The overall staff was very easy to work with. Highly recommended! Five stars for sure!

I bought this house at the end of 2020. The information on the furnace showed R&R to be the installer (they also installed the A/C) in 2014. So, I called them for a preventative and maintenance checkup. SO GLAD I DID!!! From appointment scheduling to conclusion of services - this company is top notch!! Extremely refreshing to experience again in these times. Joe is top notch. If you ask me what could be improved for their service -- I've got a big "Nothing!" Thank you R&R and Joe!

I honestly can't say enough great things about R&R! They were so responsive, helpful, paid attention to detail, and professional. From Tyler, our sales guy, to the installers, to the front desk, we had such a wonderful experience. Tyler always let us know when he was ten minutes out and he also came over after he was off the clock to help ease the process. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Installing a new A/C and furnace is a little stressful. It's a chunk of change but it was so worth it! If you are in the market for a new A/C or furnace you should call R&R heating. Let them give you a bid and check them out for yourself! You won't be disappointed!

Excellent! Called in the morning, service arrived at 2 PM. Diagnosed, found the part needed, repaired, DONE! Hot water!

Excellent. It was clogged. He cleaned it and rearranged the logs and it puts out much more heat and the flames can go higher if we want them to. He was very professional, prompt and fixed in short timel We are all very grateful and impressed by the excellent job.

“Ronnie and Jessie came out and installed the two Heat pumps in our home and worked very conscientiously to complete the work in a professional manner and make meticulous steps to keep everything in a clean and great looking condition. They then cleaned up the area to make sure all areas were clean. Ronnie provided a step by step instruction on using the remotes and controlling the units. I am completely satisfied with the service and installation I received and highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. I give them A+ for their skills!”

PERFECT!! Johnny Cate found a part not working up to par and advised me what may happen in time if it wasn’t replaced. He replaced the part and was very efficient and knowledgeable. We will definitely use R&R heating again!!

Exceptionally well. They were careful, communicative, and cleaned up! They ran a new duct to our second floor via a somewhat route and did a great job.

Everything was as planned. The team was very clean professional and polite. The install was phenomenal and they worked overtime to make sure everything was completed when promised. I would highly recommend!

Steve Nordquist, a senior tech at R and R heating / ac, is a complete professional. He quickly figured out what the problem was, applied a temporary fix and arranged to return a few days later once a replacement was in stock. Steve explained the problem and showed me what was wrong. I will definitely have call R and R for future annual inspections and I have Steve’s business card taped onto my refrigerator.

We had an urgent situation and the plumber we had hired to do work had to cancel last minute. R&R were extremely helpful and were able to get out within 2 days to help us. Everyone was great. Bill helped to get the ball rolling and Rex and Rob came out and did the install. They were professional, efficient and helpful. What was originally discussed wouldn't have worked for the space and they took the time to come up with a good solution that worked for us now and left us the ability to make changes in the future that we are planning.

In a word, AWESOME!!!! They came out, had it up and running in less than an hour. The guy was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Central A/C was not working so looked up top repair specialists on Angie's List and Home Advisor. R&R was top rated company that had 24/7 service. I submitted a repair request online and expected a call back. After 2 hours of waiting, I called them and requested service. It should be noted that the online repair request is only available during normal business hours, M-F. If you require same-day service, you need to call. The service tech, Greg, called me about 4:30 pm and was at my home by 5. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered any questions I had. After explaining what my A/C was doing, he was able to troubleshoot and repair my condenser with parts on hand in about 30 minutes. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

The first year they give you a complementary check up. They were professional and everything. The estimate was just $500-$1000 more. Some of these placed try to pad the deal a little bit. There are different things that they estimate and put a unit on.

I usually get free estimates.

I really can't say much more. They just did a great job.

They were great.  They were efficient, they were prompt.  I feel like they gave us a fair assessment of what was going on, and a decent price.  They come out probably once a year. 

We had R&R service our previous home they were always courteous and professional. So when it came time to put a new furnace/AC into our new house we decided to go with R&R. Randy came out and gave us a bid, we talked about the pro's and cons of each type of furnace/AC unit until we were comfortable with our choice. There was a slight mixup with the scheduler Jason he was supposed to call me, I waited a good week. I called Randy the guy who gave me the bid and he said "oh don't worry they are just backed up, he should be calling you tomorrow." I waited another 4 days, and finally called the office and asked for Jason the parts scheduler. They connected me, and we got an appointment scheduled for the next day. So my note to self, don't let them schedule just call and set up the appointment. That was our only snag in the whole process. The installation team Rex, Jared, and Ronnie are a fine group of guys. Professional, and clean they worked quickly and efficiently (or as fast as they could for it being 4º outside). They installed a new furnace, AC, Humidifier, 3 ventilation fans 2 for the bathroom and 1 for the kitchen, plus some additional duck work. The whole thing took 2 days. We had our duck work cleaned the next day. All shiny and brand new in 3 days time! Our AC unit is untested at this point, because it needs to be warmer outside for it to work, so we will have them back in the spring to make sure everything runs properly. I plan on signing up for R&R's maintenance program after our 1 year free service check up.
