Hurliman installed a furnace for us on 12/20/23 and an air conditioning unit this summer. While the state inspector came to look at the air conditioning unit he also looked at the furnace. Although last winter Hurliman told us the furnace passed inspection after it was installed- it was NEVER INSPECTED and the inspector found three code violations. Our broken air conditioning unit was misdiagnosed by their tech and we spent $1,937 on a so-called fix that didn't work. We were then given an estimate for a $7,604.20 new AC unit which was higher than the price range listed on their website. Although they listed eight different AC manufacturers on their website that should have various price points, they refused to offer us estimates for any other more affordable units because there was so much demand in the summer so they "don't have to". That's not a company with integrity, that's called gouging. We ended up going with one of their competitors who installed a quality air conditioner (one of the same brands listed on Hurliman's website) for almost $2,000 less than what Hurliman was going to charge us.

On November 7th, 2022 our gas furnace went out in the middle of a cold spell. The next day Kurtis came out and diagnosed our furnace and let us know it had to be replaced, the same day Cameron and Cade came out and installed a new furnace. All three gentlemen were amazing and a class act. We will be using Hurliman’s for all things in the future. Great Company!

The repair went very well. The problem turned out to be a broken fan blade and damaged fan motor in the outside unit. The technician found replacement parts for both, left to get them, and returned to install them in about a hour. He also checked the refrigerant to make sure it was OK, which it was. The total labor time was two hours. The heat pump has been working flawlessly since and our house is quite comfortable.

Greg Evans was the salesman I interacted with, and he was excellent. He was not at all your typical salesman...not pushy, not slippery, no BS. He was extremely honest--when he didn't know the answer to a question, he said so. But that didn't happen very often, as he really knew his stuff. After we decided to go with Hurliman, I really appreciated how Greg oversaw the installation process. The two guys who installed the AC did a nice job, but it was good to have Greg there when I had questions about certain details. Overall, we had a great experience with Hurliman. If you're interested in a new air conditioning system, I would recommend talking to Greg Evans.

I requested a quote from 3 HVAC service providers on Angie's List. Only Hurliman contacted me for more information and quote. They were prompt in their contact and were flexible with my scheduled time. Tech arrived on time, was courteous and handled the complete job both promptly and professionally. Tech described issues and what he checked. Service was a reasonable price. I would use these guys again.

Service was ok. It was a little pricey. My disappointment was when the office staff did not call me back with quotes to replace the fireplace.

It went great. The young man's name was Travis, and he was very profession. He had made recommendations on how to care for my fireplace. The price was very competitive, and Travis was a great spokesman for his company. Even if it's the late night or during the weekend, their price doesn't change. I would absolutely recommend them.

We have used Hurliman Heating and A/C for a number of years for several furnace repairs. Each time we had a different service technician and each time the work was fantastic. One repair involved a frequent ignitor problem which they showed how to replace on my own. Another repair was much more involved and they did not have the part on the repair truck. The technician was gone for over an hour getting the replacement but did not charge for the time. All these repairs have been professionally done with no subsequent problems. We just had them install an air conditioning unit. Again the work was done efficiently by very professional technicians. One example is that they needed to make several cuts into sheet-rock. The pieces were cut so that they could be reused to patch the holes. They cleaned up after their work as well. All told every person whether in sales, office, or technical has been knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly and without hesitation would explain what they were doing and why. I highly recommend Hurliman Heating and A/C

James and Kiel were first on sight and worked like crazy to get everything done in one day. As this was Friday and we were due to leave town on Sunday we were in a rush. They were both so friendly and accommodating. As usual, I had tons of questions and they were more than patient and answered them all very professionally. They did a wonderful job and stayed until the work was all done. Their newest salesman Greg Evans was great too along with their office staff. I would most definitely hire them again. Thanks Hurliman

They were very busy when I first called and said they may have to send another person they work with to come. A nice young man came, investigated and determined the compressor needed to be replaced. Said he would have the office look into whether the warranty was in place and work up a quote on the cost of repair within warranty and without. This was on November 2, 2017. I received a call within a few days to see if someone had come out. After that call I received an invoice showing my payment for the service call. I have called three times since requesting this information. On each call I was told they were working on it. Over a month ago, on my last, I was told it was being worked on as we were speaking and I would have it in a week. The female came across as impatient with my inquiries. It is now January 4 and I have still heard nothing. I cannot imagine using this company again. Now I will need to start all over with a new firm, pay for a new service call and hope for better results.

The ducts were put in while I was at work. Everything went as planned. My home is much cleaner and my ducts can be cleaned now.
