"Konstantine is simply the best. He is skillful in heating and plumbing, and also very kind. He has done several jobs for us recently. He fixed our water heater and replaced our kitchen faucet. For our water heater, he replaced a vault that regulated hot water. Two weeks later, the water tank was blockedby minerals, and he returned to flush our water tank for free. Our new kitchen faucet is a Moen Pulldown Kitchen Faucet. While playing with it, I accidentally let the hose go down to the sprout. I called Moen support and was told that it was almost impossible to get the hose out and I should buy a new faucet. Konstantine came and wasable to get the hose out in less than 10 minutes. Again, he refused to accept payment."

We called C*** Plumbing and they had a plumber out to the house the next day. The problem was assessed and fixed (the right way) in a very timely manner. Dan and Brad came out. Dan performed the repair work. Brad took my original call and came out to help troubleshoot and follow-up. Both of them were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Alternative solutions such as baking soda, salt, white vinegar, and/or boiling water can take longer since they are less harsh than liquid drain cleaners.

Inspect regularly for clogs, clean drain lines, and ensure grading directs water away from the foundation.

There are many signs to look for if you suspect the sump pump is clogged. First, check the discharge pipe and around the sump pump for visible clogging. You may also notice flooding in the basement around the sump pit or larger objects, such as rocks, in the sump pit. Listen for loud noises, such as a screeching sound, to flag a clog.

You can drain a hot tub very quickly by using a submersible pump rather than the hose-sized drain at the bottom exterior of the tub. A pump can move up to 30 gallons per minute, draining your hot tub in no time. Using the regular drain can take up to two hours.
