Also replaced an Instahot tank and moved around the filter to give us more space. Super nice guy and also showed us some helpful things while he was here (we had no idea where the house shutoff was). Cost was quite reasonable - a bit over $500. Would definitely recommend!"

"I submitted my request on a Sunday for a clogged toiled and they had someone scheduled for the same day in the evening. I appreciated how professional the admin was and how quickly she could get someone in to fix my issue. John S. Came in the evening and he was very professional, friendly, and helpful! He checked out my toilet, talked through things I’ve tried to do to fix it before he came in, diagnosed it and shared what he thinks is happening and other possibilities, and we talked through the price before he went in to fix it. Unfortunately what we were hoping was an easy fix wasn’t and he had to change the diagnosis and update the cost. Luckily this next diagnosis was correct and he was able to unclog the toilet! There was a small plastic cup blocking the toilet hole and he was able to take it out after pulling the toilet. He put everything back and cleaned the area. I really appreciated his help and he shared some tips to help keep things running smooth. John was great and I highly recommend him!!"

He did not try to "over sell" the two items that needed replacing. the toilet had a crack and the water heater had burst and it was a Sunday. "I had a clogged drain that no amount of plunging could get rid of. I called several companies. I initially went with Mr Rooter because they were the only ones that could make it out that same day. Glad I did. The technician was very pleasant and he took his time to explain all the steps he was doing and let me watch as he put a camera down the drain and showed me on the screen where the clog was and all the build-up in the pipes. He then brought in a high pressure washer and I watched on the screen as he cleaned the pipes all the way down to where it joined up with the main sewer line. I initally thought the estimate was a little high, but not after watching all that they (his supervisor also showed up after an hour to help out) did."
