I had contacted Bobby T on Thursday afternoon, he got back to me in about an hour, said he could come out the next day about noon. He called me about 10:30 the next day, said he completed his other work and could be at our house in about 20 minutes. He came right out and got the work done in less than an hour. Bobby was very thorough and double checked for leaks and checked the water pressure in the lines, asked if there was anything he could while he was here. He was very reasonable compared to other plumbers in the area. Call Bobby T if you need for any plumbing needs, we will from now on.

We bought a new fridge with "free installation" from a major store, but they refused to install the water line. Bobby came out right away and did the installation properly and quickly. He also tidied up some other pipes and lines under our sink. He was fast and professional and very responsive. I'm thankful to have a new trusted plumber on hand to call when needed. We just lined him up for some more extensive work on a bathroom conversion too.

Bobby T came very quickly and worked hard to clear our clog: more than 50 feet down, maybe a dead rat!!

Bobby and associate arrived 15 minutes before scheduled time. In less than a half hour, he replaced the copper line and valve, and insulated the pipe. Bobby also checked the water pressure on both that line and the front yard outside water line. Both exceeded the recommended 80 PSI. Bobby recommended installing a pressure reducing valve, showed me the work he would perform, and gave me an estimate. I will be contacting him shortly to have that work done. Bobby was recommended by several members of my neighborhood NextDoor group. Their recommendations synced with those on Angie's List. My previous plummer retired last year. I am so glad to have found Bobby, and will now recommend him to my friends and family.

Bob happened to be in the area finishing up another job when I called him. I told him what we had going on and he offered to come by within the next hour to snake out the 2" sewer line inside the laundry room. He ended up cabling about 40 feet of line and successfully unclogged it, and since it took less than his 1-hour minimum, he also replaced a small (exposed) section of the drain line and a fitting with a minor leak while he was here. The whole process took a little less than an hour. Bob is a great communicator and is very efficient. He's friendly and seems extremely honest. His estimate over the phone was spot on, and he charged significantly less than the large independents and chain outfits for the same work. And we were so grateful he fit us into his schedule at the end of his day! (Making a few bucks beats mowing the lawn, doesn't it Bob?) This was the first time we had used his services, but we wouldn't hesitate to call on him again if needed.

Bobby was in my area when I called him.  He came about 15 minutes later.  He had two hose bibs, but recommended one of them.  He removed the old hose bib.  It was really tight and other plumbing hampered getting the best leverage.  I helped from the outside and it was soon unscrewed.  Too big to fit through the hole into the house.  He cut the old hose bib in two and removed it, drilled a larger hole for the new hose bib, and installed the new hose bib, adding the correct nipple to make it flush with the side of the house.  He tested the pressure.
Being so readily available was a big plus.

Bob did a quick, thorough job dealing with our clogget toilet and discussed underlying issues that may have caused repeated clogs in the past. Since he has an hour-minimum and this did not take an hour, he also at his own suggestion spent some time fixing small + annoying issues with faucets around the house which I really appreciated.

Bobby T is the "Plumbing Whisperer." He was the 3rd plumber I called to work on a kitchen drain.  The other two wanted to charge me huge bucks for the job and seemed disinterested in comparison.  Bobby T came in and fixed it right away without much fuss.  He listened to the pipes and found that the issue was a minor clog and flushed it out.  He was on-time and kept in touch with me regarding the job. He saved me a lot of money.  He is my goto plumber from now on!

Bobby was easy to work with. He was responsive to my call, set up an exact appointment time and called me on the assigned day to reconfirm appointment. On location he was very polite and explained everything that needed to be fixed. Pricing was very reasonable and the work area was left clean. Good experience.  I will use again.

This is the third time I have used Bobby T's Plumbing for my rental units.  He is very nice, dependable and a quick worker.  I will continue to use him for future needs.  Bobby charges a flat rate for the first hour of work.  This time I did not have enough work for him to do to fill the first hour so the price seemed a little high but I blame myself.  Bobby works fast and can get a lot done in an hour if you plan it correctly.

Great! He took apart the drainage under the sink, cabled the drain, unclogged the drain and put it all back to get her. He has a great personality, works hard, and efficiently. I will definitely use him again.

Bobby is great!  He responded quickly to our call (unlike many other plumbers we called) was punctual and courteous and listed to our problems and needs and fix the drain quickly. He was clean and tidy and I would highly recommend him.

It was absolutely free.  He was very friendly.  He talked about the different things that could be happening and gave suggestions.  He did not try to sell me on anything else.  He came out, did the service and spent time with me on the phone before hand and he did not charge me.  I could not be happier with h is service.
