I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

While the old roof was coming off, Tommy was sourcing all required materials to finish the job and making sure that they would be on site the next day. On Tuesday the crew showed up early in the day, hauled off the old roofing stuff and got busy expertly putting the new roof on. By the end of the day the job was finished and it was 100% perfect. In the course of this project Tommy's experience was apparent in every way. Due to his management and the crew's skill this job could not have gone any better. "
