Isaiah and Van really saved our roof. We couldn’t afford a whole new roof. They came out and did a thorough and careful investigation. They took lots of photos and kept us informed step by step. They didn’t upsell us or pressure us, but helped us find a solution that fit our budget. And they did a thorough and detailed job of repairing our leaks. They’re knowledgeable, ethical, practical, and do a great job! We will definitely use them again!

We had a wonderful experience with Second Chance Roofs. Our realtor recommended them to inspect our roof. Isaiah and his team respond quickly, are experienced, did a very thorough inspection, provided a detailed report with lots of pics. Isaiah is easy to talk to and does a great job of explaining everything in a detailed but easy to understand way. He found a crack that needed repair, explained why the roof does not need to be replaced yet even with a lot of degranulation, and explained how the newest nano sealant would help protect the shingles from UV, stabilize the granules and improve water repelling. His prices are very reasonable! We had initially asked for a quote for replacement so he gave us one but only after explaining why we didn't need it. His quote was $6,000 less than the one from a company that said it must be replaced. The repairs , cleaning and sealing were all done within a week of contacting them. These guys are honest, straight forward, experienced, well priced, and good communication. Everything we were looking for! We strongly recommend them!
