Took 12 weeks to get materials. Shower pan had a permanent stain but was installed anyway. A crack was found in the porcelain. Manufacturer determined it was not a defect but a result of either being dropped or improperly installed. Certified mail sent to installer ignored for weeks....
I havent been able to get them to come do the work yet. They sent someone to give me an estimate. I told them O want it done so I dont know if theyre good or not.I keep calling. I wish they would come and get this done before Winters over. I really need the wood stove installed.
