Several delays on scheduling installation. This is a pretty basic installation that was performed very poorly. It was sloppy, unprofessional work, as follows: 1. Instead of concealing the wiring from transom to chart plotter, there was an unexpected, unsightly mess of loose wires strung over the transom from the helm down along the starboard side to the plotter; these wires were open on the inside of boat 2. Installed an exposed and dangerous power supply terminal block with no covering on the cabin wall 3. Wires at terminal block were fully exposed and open in the cabin; wire connections were poorly crimped so wires will easily break loose and sever connection 4. introduced a "yellow" ground when the system in place uses a black ground -- inappropriate and dangerous Had to pay extra to have installation corrected and done properly.
