"The work was fine, at least so far! We hired them to repair cracks in the foundation, and the estimator thought that there were three cracks. When the person showed up to do the work, he only found (and repaired) two cracks. It took several months for them to adjust their bill, which is my only complaint. It took several phone calls and emails, and they didn't reduce the bill very much."

He even dug deeper on one area due to the previous excavator taking shortcuts and if he had not the whole house would have been built on poor ground and had foundation issues later!
