"The work was fine, at least so far! We hired them to repair cracks in the foundation, and the estimator thought that there were three cracks. When the person showed up to do the work, he only found (and repaired) two cracks. It took several months for them to adjust their bill, which is my only complaint. It took several phone calls and emails, and they didn't reduce the bill very much."

He even dug deeper on one area due to the previous excavator taking shortcuts and if he had not the whole house would have been built on poor ground and had foundation issues later! "Only reason I didnâ t give 5 star is they didnâ t complete the work on time. They experimented with post installation. The experiment failed and actual completion was delayed by 2 days. Everything else was great! If you want to get the job done on time, tell them not to experiment."
