just nowNEW STEER CLEAR! Deposit down and slabs picked out on the 27th of April. Suggest that IF there is enough product left over potentially doing our downstairs mini bar area. It's the 27th of May I have been canceled on TWICE. Last week it was due to machines being down, this week it was due to product being delivered late. WHEN THEY GET CALLED OUT FOR LYING they email me saying their machines are totally down and have to refund my money. HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. On time with the schedule. Tom was able to recommend a good tile guy for our backsplash. We are so happy with the result. Will highly recommend them again. Thank you Zula!

I stopped by Granite Top after looking at many granite installers in the Seattle area. Tom was very friendly and able to work quickly. After going to the granite warehouse, I found the single piece that I wanted to use. The slab was within a few square feet of the size I needed for my counters, but Tom was able to lay out the counters to ensure the piece would work. On installation day, the installers came on time and had the counters installed within an hour or two, and they look fantastic. I would have provided straight A's, but there were two concerns. When I had an oven delivered a few days after the counters were installed, it was discovered that the counters were cut to leave a space just too small to allow the oven. To his credit, Tom came out quickly to fix this, but the problem did mean I had to reschedule the oven delivery and was without an oven in the interim. There were also a few times when replies to questions took a bit longer than I would have liked, but no questions were ever left unanswered. In all, while there were a few small issues, the counters do look great, and the cost was significantly less than anyone else quoted, enabling me to choose a more attractive and expensive granite, and still pay hundreds less. I'd be happy to go back to Granite Top.

Tom helped us with our selections and was very good to work with. He has a large collection of quartz at their shop so we were able to get the quartz we wanted for our kitchen and baths.We had some problems with the work his crew did for us that wasn't up to the quality expected. Tom worked with us to fix all the issues we had and we are very pleased with the results.

It was Spot On Perfect! Sergiu, the Manager/Owner is and was AWSOME! I really can't put into words how everything went, I am really impressed buy the whole entire process from start to finish, i.e. the bid/quote to the follow up to the installation to the final follow up. Sergiu was right there on the Spot anytime and everytime for everything! I would Highly Recommend them to anyone and everyone period.

Having checked Angieslist AFTER signing up with Precision Countertops, we saw several poor reviews and considered canceling. However, for various reasons we went forward. Thank goodness! The entire process from the visit to the showroom, Kevin's visit to our house to take measurements, then the template drawing at our house to the final installation could not have gone more smoothly. It was for a large kitchen and guest bathroom requiring lots of special details. Alexsey and his partner were skilled craftsmen and lived up to the company title with their PRECISION work. They arrived on time and always called ahead to confirm. They were courteous, professional and cleaned up after each day's work. Our entire experience with Precision Countertops could not have been more ideal with the result exceeding even our highest expectations.

Granite Top was an easy and efficient company to work with and the entire project went very well. We gave them a drawing of our kitchen counters and after we selected 3 slabs of granite that we liked from slab yards, they gave us a quote for each one. When we decided which one we wanted, he picked up the granite slab and took it to his store. We met with him at the store and decided where we wanted each piece of the countertop to be cut from the slab. We bought our sink and faucet from a company he recommended and he let us know that we needed to find a plumber to come the day after he puts in the countertops to hook up the sink. On installation day, Granite Top took off the old countertops and installed the granite countertop and the sink in 3-4 hours. He explained how to care for the granite and answered any questions we had throughout the entire process. He even gave us a cutting board made out of the granite.
