Appliance Repair MM

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I would not re-hire or recommend this company?s services after my experience. My review is for ZERO stars. Following the service requested for appliance repair, the persistent issue remains unresolved. Despite my repeated communications (emails, voicemail messages, and text messages) informing the company of the problem, there has been no response. The company?s communication solely occurs via text messaging, which involves an intermediary whose English proficiency is questionable. They assert a one-month warranty on repairs, yet fail to engage with customers when issues are brought to their attention, effectively expiring the warranty. I advise against patronizing this establishment. Based on numerous reviews about this company, I am seeing the exact same issues being addressed such as requesting more money than was agreed upon, not fixing issues they were hired to repair, and offering a warranty on repairs that they have no intention of honoring.

After calling 2 other Appliance Repair companies who never showed up I called Appliance Repair MM LLC. They were here the next day right on time and gave me a quote before work began. Michael, our repair, man was knowledge, extremely polite and competent. Microwave/oven was repaired in no time. In the future I will be hiring Appliance Repair MM LLC for any needed repairs.

I requested a pro for an electric dryer heating element repair. Michael from Appliance Repair MM responded almost immediately. He scheduled a diagnostic visit for the very next day, was on time, completed the diagnostic, had the necessary part with him, and was able to complete the repair all that same day. Very helpful to have such quick turnaround time.

We paid $600 and the dishwasher never worked. We asked them to return and the man said â it is working. We said no, the dishes are not getting clean (we used google translate to communicate). So he futzed around a little again and told me it was fixed. He asked me for another $100 check for his time to come back (he had already been back twice before and we paid $500 and the dishwasher failed to work after all three visits). We called someone else who told us we needed a new dishwasher from the beginning and there was no fixing that ever would have solved the problem. These guys are FRAUDULENT and did not perform anything that solved our problem and essentially stole our money. After asking around I have heard that this company has been doing this to customers ALL OVER town. I would HIGHLY recommend steering clear of this company. They will fleece you and leave you with the same problem you started with.

Michael worked for two hours on my dryer replacing the thermostat and other things plus cleaning 40 years of lint in the old dryer. When he put it back together he found the reason that the thermostat had blown -- because the motor had overheated and was now non-functional. A new motor would cost over $400 plus installation cost, so he recommended just getting a new dryer. He only charged me $69 for the service call -- which was about half the cost for a service call from another company I talked with.

Michael was fantastic. Price was a little high, but worth it for great work.

Electrolux washing machine was repaired. The craftsman arrived with a bunch of tools and promptly repaired everything on the same day. It is clear that the person is a professional, he did not offer any ""extra"" services, the prices are adequate.

I called and they were able to send a tech same day. He arrived on time and was professional. He checked in with me and explained everything. Payment was easy. Definitely adding this company to my list of trusted vendors.
