We had several tasks, critical to getting ready for winter: Sealing the skylights, replacing an exterior faucet (which required going into the cramped crawl-space under the house), and securing a down-spout that had detached. His prices are reasonable and Ean communicates very well. We have been making a list for other tasks to maintain our home. My son is a contractor/architect, who lives in Santa Monica, Ca. "The project started mid July. It was to be a 5 day job. 6 weeks later we are not close to being done. The floor has been laid incorrectly twice and still isn't finished. The tub isn't in. The vanity is in front of my closet where it has been for 3 weeks. My bathroom door is in my garage. I have waited at home for days after being promised they were on their way. The only time I get a response from them is when I start telling them I will go to labor and industries. I won't let them into my home anymore. Forget it."
