He was very quick to finish three of the Appraisal Reports . I am so appreciative. It is very helpful. But he was late to call me back by phone when I contacted him. Maybe I was in a hurry to get information from him. If he returns my phone not too late or returns the message by text or by email within 1 to 3 hours . Maybe better and I will give him 5 stars. However, It was all done on time . I will recommend him to you guys.He was done the good job.

Pictures were included in the appraisal. An obvious library (no closet, arched entrance, no door, no bathroom nearby) is listed as a bedroom. Completely missed a fireplace. No mention of extensive custom built-ins. Appraisal fell way below two others.
