The service was excellent - the home was sparkling - even the windows were gleaming - but the fee for a first-time clean was astronomical - $400 - (I have a relatively new home which is basically clean - no small children) - future regular cleanings will be less expensive - so I went with it - i am happy with the results - and I am pleased that the "first time clean" is done!!

Cleaning on 8/31/18 ~ Broken 42 inch TV and one small item from china cabinet. Due to no call-backs within 3 day period I put a hold on the check. The $500.00 amount will now go directly to a replacement TV. Notice the upper right hand corner of the pic/TV. The puncture rendered it unviewable. As she left she told my husband "well, I'm going to have to pay you for this cleaning job instead of you paying me". We very much wanted to work with her and trust (Angie's List recipient) that she would be timely in resolving this matter. I had researched comparable TVs to help her (and us) and when she finally answered on the 3rd call (2 days later on 9/03/18) I gave her the serial number of the one she broke in our home and the serial number of the one on Amazon comparable to ours so she could make her own comparison. She said she would research and call me back that evening around 6pm - she didn't call which finalized my decision to put a hold on the check the next morning ~ 9/04/18. As of this evening of 9/04/18 ~ 6:45 pm ~ this remains unresolved.

Patty and her crew came by today and did a terrific job. The house is spotless. We are definitely going to work with Patty from here on out. Since this was the first time she came to our house, they did a "deep cleaning, which costs more than a "regular" cleaning. The cost of the regular cleaning is set out below.

Patty's Cleaning has been cleaning for us for several years. My house is large - 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. We usually have 3-4 of her crew here every other week. They are pleasant and very good at their work. I love the house being so clean and smelling so good when they have finished. The only problem I have had is that they are often very early or late for our agreed upon time of 1 pm due to changes in their schedules. Now Patty calls if they will be more than 2 hours early or late.... and that works well for me.

Work was done as promised, the floors, baseboards and inside windows cleaned. Patty had 2 helpers, so the work went quickly. They worked around boxes, I'm still moving in, and many things on tables that were removed from boxes but not yet in their final locations.

My husband liked the hour and 15 minutes it took for Patty and her crew of 3 or 4 to clean our home. I liked the business, and house cleaning standards Patty adhered to. She helped clean while also making sure it was cleaned properly. We have not made use of the yard work service yet, but nice to know it is available.

Patti showed up on time with her team of 4. They were very professional and got immediately to work cleaning our very dirty house. Patti's team cleaned everything, including showers, tubs, floors, windows, baseboards, all appliances, even the furniture. We were all very pleased. We are looking forward to the team coming again next month.

I have used Patty and her ladies for well over a year. They come every other week and do a great job. Our house is so clean and smells great after they come. Sometimes Patty is with the ladies and sometimes not - but the cleaning is great either way. For a while, there was a problem with having them show up significantly later than we agreed, but that has not been a problem for many months.
I just referred a friend who had her house cleaned yesterday and she was delighted with the results.
All in all, Patty's Housecleaning is a great deal!

It went quite well. They cleaned my walls, floors, furniture, bathroom, kitchen, and even the front and back porchs. When I came back from my errands, and walked into the house, you could smell how clean the house was.

Patty was the first to respond to my request for a qoute. She came in and dug in to my house that I am ashamed to say was a pit. She was positive and put mind at ease and took my budget into account. the day of the clean her crew came in with a smile and worked quickly and effectively. My house hasn't looked this good since we moved in. I cried seeing my house going from an embarrassment and within 5 hours going to a palace. The entire time she reassured me the job could be done. Patty you are a life saver.

I waited for Patty to come over and give me a quote on cleaning and she was a big NO SHOW. I did not get a call from her so it was a nice waste of a day.

Love Patti and all her girls. They do a great job. When they leave it feels and smells clean! It's consistency and scheduling where she goes wrong, at least in my experience. She charged me a different price everytime. I understand if you were doing more tasks or took more time to clean but it was the same everytime. In and out in one hour. Although I felt a little conned I still felt her services were worth it.
During the initial consultation we decided Mondays every three weeks would work well for both of our schedules. I put them on the calendar and told her if anything came up just to let me know. I think of the seven or so times she has cleaned she showed up to only about two in a row as scheduled. The rest were no-shows. I had to txt or call her asking when we could re-schedule. But still, I wanted to work with her.
I had family coming into town and had planned over a month in advance two different specific days she would come to clean. She confirmed and never showed on BOTH occasions. After that I never heard from Patti again. Nor did I contact her. I'm a business owner and clients should never be treated this way. I don't live in that kind of economy. None of my clients go by the wayside. If she was not taking anymore clients at the time I called to schedule her, that's all she had to say. Communication. So easy. Patti's team delivers great quality cleaning...when they decide to show up.

Patty's initial big clean was very good and cost about $300.. We were under the impression she would be coming each time, in addition to other cleaners perhaps being with her. However, on the occasion we were home or arrived home during cleaning, it was rare to have Patty present. This may have been a misunderstanding on our part.
In the beginning we noticed things misplaced--for example a child's bank with money. It turned out that the cleaners had put it with a bunch of magazines on top of it, in a footstool with storage in it. We often found things in odd places, but the cleaning was acceptable, Patty was accommodating about changing days/times if we needed to do so, and having some of the basics done that we have no time for was welcomed. After the second cleaning, an item was discovered broken and I said something to the cleaners present the next time I saw them. They said they would tell Patty. However, I never heard a response about the item. Over the course of the four months or so Patty's service cleaned for us, at least four items were broken. My biggest issue was that no one said anything to us, and in fact it seemed they tried to hide the breakage. Most of the items mainly had sentimental value or were worth less than $25.00 until the last time they cleaned and something more expensive was broken.
We had just purchased a one-of-a-kind butter dish by a local artist. It had been pricey for a butter dish but was the first butter dish I'd seen that made me want to replace the old and worn out twenty year old butter dish we had. The dish was ceramic and the handle on top a crow with a cherry. The first cleaning after we got the dish, I came home to find the bottom of the butter dish clean and sitting on the counter (it had had butter in it that morning) with the top nowhere in sight. After looking around I found the top shoved behind a basket and cleaning supplies on the counter with--you guessed it--the handle broken entirely off. I immediately texted Patty with a photo, reminded her this wasn't the first time, and that my biggest issue was that no one said anything. In fact, it seemed as though each time someone has tried to hide the breakage which I felt was unprofessional. Texting seemed preferred by Patty during the course of her working for us, and so I thought a text and a photo may get a quick response. I did not hear back from Patty. One week later I texted Patty the photo of the broken dish again, and a week later my husband texted her that he was aware she had no responded to our text about the breakage and asked if she planned to address it with us. We have never again heard from Patty. We wee very open to speaking with Patty about this, although with the number of items that had been broken and then apparently hidden so we wouldn't see they were broken we had decided we would no longer be using Patty's services. I am thankful that, to my knowledge, nothing of substantial value was broken. Again, it was not the breakage (although more than normal for a cleaner) but the way in which no one told us or acknowledged it.
