"They arrived on time. I asked them to cover the roof where the leaks were located with tarps. I explained the house would be demolished eventually so a roof repair was unnecessary. They didn't argue, instead they inspected the roof and located the leaks very quickly. They installed tarps, sprayed the black mold that had formed and used plywood to secure a waterlogged area of the ceiling. They did precisely what I had asked for and charged a reasonable amount.
