"It went exactly as promised. Aaron came out for a quote when he said he would. After comparing his quot to others, it was the second to lowest. When we settled on a date, his crew showed up right when he said they would, and they finished a day earlier than expected. They did a great job cleaning up the site, and the roof looks great. There was damage to the roof decking, and Aaron's crew told us exactly how much material would be needed and what the costs would be before starting. Their estimates were spot-on, and the price came in within the range of Aaron's original quote. They subcontract the gutters. The company that came out is also local. They were similarly punctual, arriving the day they said they would, and completing the gutter installation in even less time than quoted. I have another roofing job that needs to be done in the next year or so, and I won't hesitate to call Aaron back."

I did my research very thoroughly and knew that Patriot Roofing was a first rate quality roofing company. I purchased my own skylights and had issues with the quality of the skylight that I purchased from home depot. .Which caused me to return the skylights multiple times. Patriot roofing graciously came back 3 weeks after the roof install to re install the skylights that I finally got from home depot that were without defects. The manager of production personally came over to install the 2 skylights and did not charge me for this extra trip. I was also very impressed with the salesman who came over and thoroughly inspected my roof including getting up into the attic in taking many pictures of what was the current status of many different important details of my roof. The salesman was very professional and this was evident in the detail and quality of the roof replacement estimate. I received at least 5 different bids from other roofing companies and no company came even close to Patriot roofings quality and professionalism in their roof replacement estimate. Patriot roofing has some of the best roofing Reviews of all the Roofing companies in Washington. Patriot Roofing will not be the cheapest bid that you will receive nor will it be the most expensive bid you will receive. But I can tell you from my direct experience that Patriot will give you a fair bid with the added bonus of doing the roof installation per all of the very stringent 5 star certainteed material requirements."

"Northern Pacific Exteriors did an outstanding job repairing, replacing my roof, and skylights. Starting with there “low pressure” sales representative that answered all my questions. Secondly, the staff kept in contact with me on were I was in there back log of the jobs in front of me. They made sure we were all on the “same page” of all I wanted for the roof, and if I had any changes to the contract. Lastly, the crew completed the roof replacement in an expedient time, and quality workmanship was top priority. All the crew were professional, polite, and always had a moment to answer any question that I would have for them.
