I had a tree fall on my roof. The Roof Doctor was recommended by my roof installers for service. David at Roof Doctor set up quick estimate and offered to ensure any damage/leaks were protected - while I wait for repairs and equipment to be ordered. Estimate was fair, quickly performed, and my insurance had zero questions from pictures and estimate. I was also performing this work long distance and all performance was seamless!!! Chris and his crew did a outstanding job on our roof and gutter system recently in University Place. They had it tore off and re-roofed and the property cleaned up in one day, and they went above and beyond by fixing a bathroom vent and replacing necessary places with plywood panels. Likewise, their gutter staff also did a super job. All for a really outstanding price which was by far the best after receiving several estimates. Quick and effiecient

They were really good. I had a problem and they were here the next day.

They did a very good job, hand nailed. Did a cut valley which looks good and inspected and corrected some items they didn't like.

I have a flat roof, so it had to be a torch-down, and I just couldn't get an ordinary roofer. So, I knew it would entail a lot. They were out here and gave me a bid, and they could do what I wanted, and for the lowest price. They came out and did three-fourths of it, and then they put all the edging around the outside of the roof. I had a problem about six months later, and it would howl when the wind blew. I called them and they were out the same day, and they knew what to do. They were just on their game. I thought that they would charge a lot of money because they had a full-page advertisement in the phone book, but they were the lowest.

I contacted roof doctor to replace a roof that had been improperly installed by another contractor approx. 10 years ago. Ryan came out to give us an estimate fully understanding the problems that we had had in the past. He was very professional in dealing with our questions and concerns. Installation took a little longer than we were expecting but that was because of the weather. When they were finally able to install the roof, the crew arrived and were done in one day. There was no mess left and the roof looks great - no leaks! Great company to deal with.

Workers showed up at 8:00 and by 8:30 were all setup and started stripping the roof. The new roof was completed around 2 PM. They took another hour to clean up all around the house. Great job -- No landscaping was damaged and they did a wonderful clean up job.

They did an excellent job. I am 78 years old and this is the best roofing job I have seen in my life. I was totally impressed with the work and the crew. They gave an extremely reasonable bid. They did everything they said they would do. They also did some extra work. The supervisor came everyday to check on his crew. The foreman has been with the company for 22 years. He was exceptionally good. They would arrive between 6 and 7 in the morning and leave by 1 in the afternoon. We were having a heat wave. They worked with only a 15 minute break in the heat. They never spent time talking among themselves.They bought their own coffee. They hauled away all the debris. They blew away the smaller dirt with a power blower. The place looks great.
