"When we took out the old falling apart deck at our house, we decided a patio was a better replacement. Carillo's suggested a nice paver design that would keep long term maintenance costs down over our initial more expensive thoughts and it looks better as well. The patio was installed quickly with no fuss and Carillo's did a nice job putting in a cover for the open end of the concrete steps coming down to the patio. Get work all around. Patio still looks great a year later."

"Our project was a paver patio with a retaining wall and a connecting walkway. The entire project went very well and the results are terrific. Scott was on hand daily with advice and explanations which made us feel confident in what turned out to be a very attractive and upscale addition to our backyard. "Tony from Let's Work Lawn Care and Pressure Washing promptly called me after I inputted a service request to HomeAdvisor. I found him to be a very good listener as he understood the scope of the job. After visiting the job site, he called again to confirm what was to be done and bidded the job. To me, it seemed reasonable as I do this type of work myself but in a different city. I advised that I needed to confer with my partner before making a business decision and the next day, Tony followed up. I found him to be professional, polite and had great follow through on the business side. Tony stated he'd take before and after pictures to confirm the work was done (again, I am in a different city) and would invoice me once completed. I found Tony's follow through to be exceptional as he did everything he said he'd do throughout this entire job process. The area he cleaned up looks amazing! Tony cleared up maybe five five to eight years of yard neglect, blackberries grown as high as five feet and thick and tree droppings and overall vegetation debris. I have made the decision to hire Tony to come out bi monthly for maintenance because the pricing is competitive and the work he did looks wonderful. I'd highly recommend Tony based on this interaction we've had and I am so glad I was able to find him through HomeAdvisor."

"The team at Powers Chimney & Masonry did a fantastic job on our fireplace. We had an incredible amount of sticks jammed in our chimney, probably from the squirrels or birds. It was quite alarming. They came in the morning and dismantled the back of our fireplace, removed all of the debris and did a rebuild and were finished in the early afternoon. The fireplace looks perfect and we can't wait for the mortar to cure so we can enjoy a fire. I really appreciated their honesty and communication style. No pressure or pushy sales techniques. I will definitely call them next time I need fireplace or chimney work."
