Excellent work!

The customer service from Pioneer was next level. I had already contacted another company and was told they'd be out when they could. With an overgrown yard, deployed husband, and a toddler I didn't have time to wait, after giving the other company a week and half. Pioneer called and setup an appointment for someone to get me a quote the next business day. They came out, and got the quote to me same day, and were able to schedule the work the same week. They were in contact with me the whole time answering any questions I had and did an amazing job getting my yard in shape.

They did a great job since they had to haul ever thing from the back yard out to the front which I though was a chore, They cleaned every thing up.

Eli and Mindy, the owners, are professional, efficient and good to work with. Eli is great at providing valuable insight into any project you may need. Caleb and his crew removed and trimmed trees for our Condo association as well as for the homeowners. I really appreciated the time that was given for my concerns for my trees and the knowledge that was shared with me. I learned so much from this one experience and appreciated the advice. From the beginning (making appointment) to the end of the job, all persons I had contact with were courteous and professional.

Walter has an excellent customer service. He tried to do his best. I think the blade of his mower needs sharpening. The result is not too smooth. For a retiree, I think it is a little bit too steep for almost $71.00/mow. Especially during the growing season.
